Client galleries
Client galleries are hosted on third-party platforms (I mainly use Pic-Time, WeTransfer and Dropbox or similar). To access a gallery, you may be asked for your name and email address. This information is used solely to provide access to your gallery and related updates while it is live.
Photography & film of people
Photographs and films may include identifiable individuals. These are created for documentary, storytelling, or commercial purposes and handled with care and respect. Images are created as part of my legitimate work as a photographer and filmmaker. I never create imagery for identification or surveillance purposes.
Where appropriate, consent and usage are agreed in advance through contracts or written communication. For events, imagery is processed under legitimate interest, with respect for anyone who raises concerns. Clients are responsible for informing participants and directing them to this policy. Anyone with concerns is welcome to contact me.
Use and display of images
Photos and films may be used on my website, social media, portfolio platforms, exhibitions, or other promotional materials only where this has been agreed.
I take extra care with images involving children, vulnerable people, or sensitive stories. I do not use images in a misleading, harmful, or disrespectful way.
Permission for promotional use can be withdrawn at any time by contacting me.
Specific image usage is always covered in client contracts.
